Since my undergraduate studies, I have been especially interested in the mechanisms of psychological trauma. I’ve witnessed survivors of war and torture confront the consequences of trauma and find their way back to life. I know that our neurobiology is wired to help us heal from traumatic experiences—but sometimes, professional support is needed to activate and guide those natural healing processes.
In my trauma work, I integrate psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, and CBT to offer a comprehensive and individualized approach.
